Unfurl Hair ships from US warehouses to the United States and select international destinations.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Large orders (200+ units) may take 5–10 business days. You can cancel or edit an order within 2 hours of placement; after that, the order is released to fulfillment and cannot be changed.
Domestic shipping (United States)

Rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.
Destinations we do not ship to
Alaska, Hawaii, US military bases (APO/FPO), and Spain.
International shipping
International orders ship via FedEx.

International orders ship Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). Any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are collected on arrival. UK orders require that we have a valid EORI number on file before shipment.
Tracking
All orders receive a tracking number by email once the package ships. Tracking information may take 1–2 business days to appear in the carrier’s system after dispatch.
Split shipments
Multi-item orders may occasionally ship in separate packages from different warehouses. Each package is sent with its own tracking number at no extra cost to you.
Shipping delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, severe weather, or other events outside our control. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us at contact@airbytesllc.com.
Lost or damaged packages
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date at contact@airbytesllc.com and we will make it right.
